To raise awareness of this FMCG company among students, we developed a series of events that were held across campuses in Singapore. To drive attendance and create an engaging experience for attendees, we launched an elaborate campaign website that helped people navigate the event and find their favourite activities, whilst also creating an interactive experience through a live quiz that accompanied activities on the ground.
Over 7,000 people visited the site in less than 2 months, more than 3,500 attended the events and over 2,000 joined the company’s mailing list.
Each event consisted of 10 booths and concepts, accompanied by a total of 28 live interactive sessions and presentations. Through this multi-sensory experience, students got to discover a different side of the company and got to experience some of their favourite brands in action.
From conceptualization to bringing this event series to life, we took care of all the event logistics from A to Z, so that our client could focus on what’s most important: engaging with students and sharing their experience.
