From Social Media to Paid Search: A journey with The EMMS
To create a launch campaign for GorillaSpace, a new e-commerce platform through which individuals and companies can discover and book office spaces. The objectives of this campaign were to create awareness and drive traffic GorillaSpace’s website.
To achieve GorillaSpace's goals, we developed a multi-channel online campaign leveraging Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Adwords. In this channel mix, Google Adwords and Facebook were primarily used to drive website traffic. In addition, the Social Media channels were leveraged to build awareness of and create engagement with the new platform. The messaging was consistent across channels with each reinforcing each other to create a cohesive experience. We used various ad formats, including video.
The campaign had over 120,000 impressions and close to 1,500 people visited GorillaSpace's website. Click-through rates were above average across channels and people started to become aware of the brand, which lead to a lot of organic traffic as well. In addition, we also consulted GorillaSpace on its long-term communications strategy and fine-tuning its website and messaging.
